Customer service at Electro Industries is one of the best in the industry.  When we call, they answer the phone or call you back almost immediately if in the rare event you don’t get through on the first attempt.

Electro’s Webinars are amazing in their number of classes offered and the degree in which the cover material.  I believe it would be impossible to keep up with the degree of training they offer. They are like a 4 year university worth of classes every year on line.

We have been working with Electro Industries for less than a year but have nothing but positive feedback to provide. Since day 1 Electro has been very helpful in all aspects of samples, product training, sales leads, and sharing past customer sales information.

I installed an EB-MA-20 back in 2014 as a backup to the house oil-based hydronic heating system. Except for occasional use for testing, I did not need to operate it until the present explosion in heating oil prices. I am using the electric boiler as a base since early March and it has operated very satisfactorily handling 3 zones: 2 zones for floor heating and a priority zone for the water heater. It has been the right product for the right time.

You guys definitely are on the right track, my 2 HVAC buddies are very sharp and they all speak highly of all your products and support.  The Mini-Boiler I have in my small patio home is super efficient and with it being on a load control program, “sips” electricity making for low cost operation.

Nobody provides customer service, answers technical questions, and ships as quickly as you do!
